   • Hot Runner Valve GateIt can control the gate opening and closing very precisely, which makes the product’s quality more stable and reduces waste. The only problem is that it makes the cosmetic container mold more expensive and needs more advanced technology to make.
3. Pick the right ejection system.The ejection system is another key factor that impacts cosmetic bottle mould production efficiency and product quality. Choose the ejection method based on what kind of container you make and its surface requirements—either auto-drop ejection or robot-assisted ejection. For example, molds for clear crystal containers can’t use auto-drop ejection; this method would scratch or damage the container’s surface. So robot-assisted ejection is a must to keep the surface in good condition.
4. Select the suitable plastic material. Many plastic materials can be used to make cosmetic containers, such as PP, ABS, PET, PS, and PMMA. Pick the material based on your product positioning and budget:
   • PP: It’s the most commonly used and cheap material. It’s easy to buy and perfect for making low-cost, mass-produced containers.
   • ABS: It looks more high-end and elegant than PP, but it costs more. It’s a good choice for mid-to-high-end cosmetic containers.
