| What are the suitable steel for aerosol spray cap mold? -We usually recommend to use stainless steel 2083 or S136 for aerosol cap mold for 2 reasons. First reason , both 2083 and S136 are tempered steel with high hardness around HRC45-48. So the mold life will be longer than pre-harden steel. And 2nd reason is both of them are stainless steel. So it will not get rusted. Which make it easier for you to do maintenance. it means the aerosol cap molds have better mold life with S136 or 2083 steel than usual steel. |
